Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or booking an appointment through Praxbook, you agree to these terms.

The service

Praxbook is a booking platform for individual practitioners. Each practitioner manages their own booking page, locations, services, consent forms, and appointments. Patients use the platform to book, reschedule, and cancel appointments with a practitioner directly.

Accounts

Login is passwordless: we email a one-time code, and no password is ever stored for patient or practitioner accounts. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address on your account secure.

Practitioner responsibilities

Practitioners are responsible for the accuracy of their own booking page content, consent forms, and availability, and for meeting their own professional and regulatory obligations (including screening and consent requirements specific to their field). Praxbook provides the tools; it does not practice on the practitioner's behalf.

Trial and fees

New practitioner accounts include a 30-day free trial with full access and no card required. After the trial, continued use is billed at the price quoted to you at signup. We do not store payment card details; payment is arranged directly (for example, by invoice or payment link).

Cancellation

Practitioners may stop using the service at any time. Patient appointment history is retained per our Privacy Policy even after a practitioner's account becomes inactive, for audit purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempting to access another practitioner's or patient's data, no interfering with the service's normal operation.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praxbook is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes here and notify account holders by email if the changes are material.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
